Entry Level Pilates & Reformer 101

This class is for anyone NEW to Pilates practice and principles. If you want to learn Pilates exercises and begin working on the Reformer this is your class! It is a complete beginner workout. Pilates on the Reformer challenges you in multiple ways and each class is different but will give you a solid foundation to build on! (Grip-Socks must be worn during equipment classes). Register for and complete 3 Entry Level classes, and get ready for your new obsession!!
