This class is for anyone NEW to Pilates practice and principles. If you want to learn Pilates exercises and begin working on the Reformer this is your class! It is a complete beginner workout. Pilates on the Reformer challenges you in multiple ways and each class is different but will give you a solid foundation to build on! (Grip-Socks must be worn during equipment classes).
